I have always loved this painting, so stylised, so Australian.
I am lucky to have my nana's photos of her while she was growing up down the Soth Coast of NSW from 1910s to the late 1950s. Great snapshots of life back then We think this photo was taken around the 1930s. It has my nana, her brother, sister and cousin and one person we do not know.
